The word energy comes from the Greek en ergon, meaning inner work. Our energy comes from within ourselves... a universal truth known before we had the words to explain it.
Change is a natural force. Growth requires work. The power to accomplish this work is already inside each of us. Yet we can so easily ignore our own power, or use it to repeat patterns that are not in line with our true goals.

How do we get started?
The first step is to schedule an introductory session. In that session, we will get an idea of how we will work together and what our next steps should be from here.
What kind of a commitment do I need to make?
- Every client needs to sign a coaching agreement and fill out an introductory questionnaire. There are 3 and 6 month packages. My approach is individualized based on what each client is seeking.
How often will we meet? How much will it cost?
I offer a diverse range of services that require widely differing amounts of time. An introductory session typically lasts one hour, although some may require more investment from both parties, both financial and time.
Do I really need a coach?
The times that we really need help are often the times when we feel least willing to ask for it.
By building a professional relationship with a coach, you will stay motivated and on track towards your goals. Accountability and consistency are important ingredients in our work together.
